Inflow chamber: installation of a standard model
Ventilation systems in most cases havea design designed to divert or inject air. In one case, the channels emit waste dirty masses, and in the second, they facilitate the flow of clean flows from outside. Supply systems rarely do without filtering barriers and installations that provide primary air purification, saving it from the same pollution. But there are also special versions of such equipment, which provide for a deeper preparation of the injected masses. In particular, the inlet chamber allows not only to filter the air, but, if necessary, also to provide its heating. Accordingly, the installation has a special design, as well as special requirements for installation.
Design of the supply chamber
Installation is formed by several functionalparts and components that form the framework. Active working elements include: a watering chamber, a section of the air heater, a receiving department, a thermal insulation valve, etc. This infrastructure is designed to organize several stages of processing air masses in accordance with the tasks assigned. In addition, the supply and exhaust chambers can provide for the possibility of disassembly in case of movement. Transportation is carried out on condition that separate sections are provided with special protection. As for the case base, it is usually formed by metal panels. Depending on the modification, manufacturers use steel sheets with different treatments. Among the basic conditions for the long-term operation of the ventilation duct can be identified the presence of a layer of galvanizing, which protects the camera from the appearance of rust.
Ways to organize sections
To begin with, it should be noted that the sections themselves inthe camera can have a different purpose. By the method of the device, the connection configurations with the primary and with the backup fan are usually distinguished. Actually, in simple models, additional functional components are not used. Such a solution is common in installations that serve large enterprises, where large flows of air pass. In addition, the supply chamber is provided with sections of the air heater, which may also have different designs. In particular, sections with lateral channeling are common, with a central bypass output and with a combined diversion line. Each section can have several air heaters. The choice of this or that configuration of the arrangement and arrangement of the sections is ultimately determined both by the requirements for the plant's capacity and by the personnel's requests for maintenance.
Preparing for installation
The preparatory activities consist ofseveral stages, including the foundation and the inspection of components. The foundation is made according to the type of screed. Typically, a 10-centimeter layer of concrete is formed, on which a supply chamber is subsequently installed. Ventilation should be installed only on a flat surface - this will determine the quality of the functional parts, among which the air-heater.
Usually the assembly is already in place of the futureoperation. The component parts are unpacked and laid out in type just before installation. Next, the sections must be stitched behind the eyes or holes, which are specially designed for this task. To ensure that no defects are detected during the use of the structure, when it is no longer possible to fix them, the supply chamber must be checked for technological irregularities, deviations in the size of individual modules, etc.
Installation of a typical supply chamber
Work begins with the installation of the receiving section on thearranged foundation. During the installation, it is important to consider the nature of the camera abutting against the side of the air intake module. Then you can proceed to install the complex with insulated flaps. Depending on the design of the camera, it may be necessary to mount the adapter before starting this operation. It must be adjusted in advance and adjusted with the calculation of the wall thickness. After that, the installation of the supply chambers goes to the stage of installation of sectional units. The first is usually the heater, and then the irrigation and connection modules. Locking to the camera is realized by means of complete bolts.
Automation of the camera
Providing cameras with automation systems givesmany advantages. The level of such control can be different, but even inexpensive block models allow the integration of systems with a modern set of automation options. In particular, it can be the maintenance of a given temperature regime, the monitoring of the function of the electric motor, the fixation of voltage surges and protection against overloads, the switching-off of equipment in case of fire safety signals, etc. Obviously, for the implementation of this function, the supply chamber must also provide the appropriate control infrastructure. Usually at large production facilities this task is solved by including a supply chamber into the system of a programmable controller, which is also responsible for the operation of other engineering systems.
In most cases, the intake chambersthe use of industrial facilities as part of public utilities. But even in domestic conditions, such a ventilation module may well be useful. Some modifications are quite suitable for operation in technical or business premises, realizing air renewal in accordance with the owner's requests. Another thing is that in this case it would be more likely to have a compact, conventional air camera with a minimum set of functions. Such blocks are easier to manage, not to mention the simplification of preventive maintenance. In addition, household models should preferably be equipped with noise reduction systems, since the unit can be accompanied by strong vibrations.
