A quick pie with young cabbage on kefir (or simply cabbage charlotte) is cooked simply and quickly, the dish turns out to be both tasty and satisfying - an excellent option for dinner.
And this cake can be enjoyed without fear of harming the figure, because the ingredients in it are completely dietary: the taste and benefits are pure.
Cabbage pie on kefir INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. kefir
3/4 Art. flour
salt, pepper to taste
1 tsp baking powder
1 small head of cabbage
sesame for dressing (optional)
Cabbage finely chop. Lightly cover the pan until half cooked. Add greens, salt and pepper to taste, but do not get carried away: salt will need to be added to the dough.
Mix 1 egg, flour, kefir and baking powder, add a pinch of salt. The test should turn out to be of medium thickness.Beat the remaining 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
Lightly smear the oil in the form in which the cake will be baked. Pour half the cooked dough into the mold, top with the cabbage filling, pour it first with eggs, and then with the remaining dough. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Readiness check a toothpick.
