Cut the meat into small pieces and add it to a skillet with carrots and onions. We bring this all to half-preparedness. We peel potatoes, wash and cut into quarters, then lightly fry. In the pots we first put the potatoes, then the meat, mushrooms and sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese and greens. In each of the pots, pour a little boiled water and put them on a baking tray in the oven. It is desirable to pour a little water in the pan. Roasts about 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Roast in lamb pots

Ingredients:

  • lamb - 1 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0,5 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • garlic - a few lobules;
  • butter;
  • breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons of bread;
  • greenery;
  • vegetable oil;
  • pepper ground black, salt.

Extrude the juice from the lemon.Meat is washed and cut into small pieces, then sprinkled with lemon juice and leave to marinate for several hours. We peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of small size. My tomatoes and cut into slices. Then we greet the pots, in which the roast will be cooked, buttered with vegetable oil and spread a layer of potatoes. Top with pepper and salt, then spread a little butter and tomatoes. We clear garlic, let's pass through the scabbard. My greens and finely chopped. In a separate bowl we combine breadcrumbs, garlic, greens and the resulting mixture is placed on top of each pot. After that, lay out pieces of mutton meat and bake for an hour and a half (at 200 degrees). When the dish is almost ready, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Roast in pots of fish

Ingredients:

  • fish (you can use any river) - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - a few pieces;
  • mushrooms - 400 g;
  • garlic - a few lobules;
  • paprika powdered;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil.

To prepare the dough:

  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • flour;
  • water - 300 g.

We peel the potatoes and cut them into smallpieces, then fry in oil until half-cooked. Fish also processed and cut into cubes, then fry lightly. Fry the mushrooms together with the onion for a few minutes. All products put in a large saucepan (bowl, basin), add there the peeled and chopped finely garlic, paprika, salt. All carefully mix and spread on pots. After that, in each of the pots, add boiled water to cover the roast.

Then proceed to prepare the dough, whichpots will be covered. All the ingredients for the dough mix, then divide into identical parts and cover them with pots. With the help of toothpicks make a couple of holes, so that during cooking, steam comes out. Bake the roast at 200 degrees for about half an hour. After that, turn off and leave them for another 12 minutes in the oven.
