What is parcellation?

I think that not many people know what parcellation is and I also think that many people are interested in what this very interesting word means. So let's understand this issue. Let's turn to books for help. If you start from the French translation, then parcellation is a kind of sentence division. At the same time, the content of the statement in several semantic and speech units is realized, for example: “Mom can do everything. And my dad. And the sister also knows how. ”

Above is an example of a parcel in the texts, that is how parcellation can be defined. It is clear what parcellation? Examples for clarity: "I walked along the path. And she went with me. And the devil followed us, too." "Mom cooks porridge. Grandmother with her. And I helped too." But do not forget that parcellation has another meaning. For example, in another meaning, parceling is the fragmentation of the earth into several small sections.

So, we already understood that the parcel is a certain syntactic method (expressive) of the written language, naturally, of the literary genre: in this case the sentence is divided into segments, into independent segments, which are distinguished by a special intonation and in sentences, are graphically distinguished as independent sentences. I will cite as an example a line from the work of P. G. Antakolsky: “And again. Gulliver. Worth it. Slouching. That is all that concerns the above concept of "parcellation".
